Understand

T'aï analyses requests expressed in everyday language, including dates, destination, preferences and constraints, and interprets them without forms or fields to fill in.

Search & Compare

Once the request is understood, T'aï queries the GDS and Orchestra in real time and compares available options against the customer’s criteria, already respecting the stated constraints.

Check

Availability, fares and applicable rules: every option is checked before it is proposed or confirmed.

Decide & Approve

T'aï checks feasibility and associated fees before any commitment. According to the agency’s rules, it executes directly or asks the customer to confirm. People remain in control when needed.

Execute

Once approved, the booking is made directly in the GDS without the agent re-entering data or switching screens.

Trace

Every executed booking automatically updates the file with a full transaction history from the initial request to confirmation.
